Factory Warranty Conditions

Each pair comes with a certifcate with the mathing data on it.

    Here is what we guarantee:
    1. The guarantee is for tubes under typical operating conditions
    2. We guarantee all parameters,  tube vacuum, and and the good sound  of the tube
    3. All mechanical issues, like filament breakage, loose contacts inside, socket defects, etc.
    Guarantee Conditions:
  1. The guarantee  is for a period of 12 months or 2000 hours, whatever comes first.
  2. The guarantee starts with the official invoice date
  3. The guarantee is given by the official dealer, and is to the first owner only
  4.  When a tube  is replaced, the original guarantee start date will stay unchanged
  5. The tube owner will ship defective  tubes free of cost
  6. A copy of  the invoice must be send with the tubes
  7. Replacements are shipped free of costs 
  8. EML can choose to replace or repair the tube
    This what we do not give guarantee on:
  1. Tubes  run continiously at  the maximum conditions, or at any other wrong conditions
  2. Tubes  not burned-in  by the intructions. (See samples above)
  3. Tubes operated from a constant current source for the filament heating. 
  4. Tubes show a spark at switch on or off. This is an amplifier problem
  5. Tubes with visible signs of shipment damage,   not reported directly after receival
  6. Low hum figures of aging  tubes, using loudspeakers above 100dBm
